We want to hear your views
We are looking at the possibility of a potential relocation from our current address (Coalway Road Surgery) to Warstones Health Centre.
Warstones Health Centre, which is part of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust’s portfolio, offers benefits to patients such as ample car parking and accessible facilities e.g. disabled toilets, hearing loops, entrance ramps along with phlebotomy and anti-coagulant services being based on site.
In terms of distance, Warstones Health Centre is 0.7 miles away from Coalway Road Surgery and is well served by public transport (bus no. 2). It is a three-minute drive in the car/12-minute walk from our current location.
The team at Coalway Road Surgery would relocate to Warstones Health Centre so you’d continue to see the same faces you’re familiar with.
We would like to hear your thoughts on this proposal to move:

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust submitted a relocation application due to the current premises on Coalway Road being in need of significant work and the chance to relocate to a new site is a great opportunity for both our patients and staff.
•Why is my surgery potentially moving?
Relocation will provide our patients with a facilities-managed healthcare environment, offering better access and parking.
•How many patients would be affected by this change?
The amount of patients registered at Coalway Road Surgery that would be affected, is 4,726.
•What will be the benefit to patients?
Warstones Health Centre offers benefits such as ample car parking and disabled parking spaces as well as accessible facilities e.g. disabled toilets, hearing loops, entrance ramps along with phlebotomy and anti-coagulant services being based on site.
