Following our communication with patients in July 2025, the Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB), as commissioner, has considered all patient feedback and has approved the proposal to relocate Coalway Road Surgery.
We will aim to relocate to new premises by Monday 30 March 2026. From this date onwards, Coalway Road patients will be able to access care at Warstones Health Centre and their medical records will be securely transferred. If patients are happy with this transfer, they do not need to take any action.
How patients will be able to access local GP services:
Patients will be able to make appointments for Coalway Road Surgery at the address below from Monday 30 March 2026 onwards. The expected last day in the current premises (117-119 Coalway Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 7NA) will be Friday 27 March 2026.
Please note that these dates are subject to change as we will be transferring equipment over several days towards the end of March; however, we will keep patients informed of any changes. Regardless of the move, appointments will be available for patients via telephone or face-to-face at one of our branch sites.
